It's so so simple -- be in shape. All other appearance traits can be easily overlooked if you're in shape.
+1 it really is this. There is no reason to be fat. Fat is not a natural state, it is caused by sedentary lifestyle and bad diet. I just can’t get excited about a woman who is fat or even chubby, even when everything else about her is great. It’s a huge turnoff. I don’t like them stick thin either. “Curvy” butt and thighs are nice, but I mean the true meaning of curvy, not the euphemism for fat that it has become.
+1. This is exactly right. Being fat is just a deal breaker for most men with options.
I'm a guy and agree. The #1 priority for the OP's question is maintaining a healthy weight. Basically, if you are 5 foot 5, don't eat more than 1600 calories average per day, and you should be fine. Amount of food you eat is the most important, followed by exercise. Try lifting weights instead of treadmill all the time. Lifting weights will have more visible effects. If someone at that height wants to each 2800 calories per day average, be my guest. It is free country.
Where do you guys even come up with this nonsense??? I'm 5'6, weigh 115 lbs, aged 43. I eat 2000 calories on average and I don't lift. Thanks for the endless mansplaining though
Living the rest of your life on 1600 calories sounds miserable and not worth it to just get a man. I’m so happy that the US in general, including the majority of women, don’t follow this nonsense. Now that so many women are bigger, men have no choice but to accept a higher weight. The demand is far too great for the low supply of women are are willing to starve themselves.
