She can't just "be your preferred height," "be Asian or Latina," or "never age over 30." Given that you can't change your race, bone structure, or stop the aging process, what is within a woman's reasonable (not crazy plastic surgery) control to maximize and maintain her attractiveness? Such as: fitness, grooming, being more natural vs. being more high maintenance, smiling and having good teeth, expensive closing (or not?)
I don't know any man that actually wants a woman who is lazy and high maintenance - but they are not going to tell their lazy, high maintenance wives that.

This country has no shortage of beautiful women. Any man who is also in terrific shape with a good career should never have any issues.

+1 it really is this.
There is no reason to be fat. Fat is not a natural state, it is caused by sedentary lifestyle and bad diet.
I just can’t get excited about a woman who is fat or even chubby, even when everything else about her is great.
It’s a huge turnoff. I don’t like them stick thin either. “Curvy” butt and thighs are nice, but I mean the true meaning of curvy, not the euphemism for fat that it has become.
+1. This is exactly right. Being fat is just a deal breaker for most men with options.
I'm a guy and agree. The #1 priority for the OP's question is maintaining a healthy weight. Basically, if you are 5 foot 5, don't eat more than 1600 calories average per day, and you should be fine. Amount of food you eat is the most important, followed by exercise. Try lifting weights instead of treadmill all the time. Lifting weights will have more visible effects.
If someone at that height wants to each 2800 calories per day average, be my guest. It is free country.
Where do you guys even come up with this nonsense??? I'm 5'6, weigh 115 lbs, aged 43. I eat 2000 calories on average and I don't lift.
Thanks for the endless mansplaining though
Living the rest of your life on 1600 calories sounds miserable and not worth it to just get a man. I’m so happy that the US in general, including the majority of women, don’t follow this nonsense. Now that so many women are bigger, men have no choice but to accept a higher weight. The demand is far too great for the low supply of women are are willing to starve themselves.
Let's not beat up on the 1600 calorie guy. He just recommended a "healthy weight". If 2000 calories does the trick, then eat 2000 calories. If 3000 calories works for you, each 3000 calories. Strategy is to stay healthy weight weight until you get married. Then increase calories by 10% each year. Target is 30 BMI.
I don’t count calories, never have. I eat whatever I want and my BMI is 18.5. A lot of this is genetic.
+1
BINGO.

Men have been dating and marrying fat women long before you came around and will continue to do it long after you are gone, Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:It's so so simple -- be in shape.
