He tried to Stop the Steal, not overthrow the government.

I don’t see how any of the Oath Keepers or Giuliani or President Trump himself are going to be found guilty. I know if I ended up on a jury I would never vote to indict, and I would certainly never vote to convict. I’d wait out anyone else who wanted to convict, but I’d have at least a few with me and it would be clear that no conviction was ever going to happen.

There....was no steal by the Biden campaign.
60 lawsuits, none of them showed any major improprieties.

On the other hand, Trump planned and incited a bloody coup attempt, and coordinated fake electors to work with the GOP in the House and Senate to literally overturn the will of the voters of the US and impact the peaceful transfer of power.
