Public health has its work cut out for it in the era of the internet, and more needs to be done. I don't know what that is, or what that would look like, but it is clear that something is out of proportion with "information competition". The snarkiness around discussing vaccines and available vaccine information, is, in my opinion, a direct reflection of this.
