It’s so bizarre to think that conservatives don’t win in DC when Bowser is mayor. What’s interesting to me is how “progressive” DC was so upset by Barry pushing through the MetroTech development. But Bowser has turned half the city into MetroTech and the “progressives” now think it’s good? MetroTech was at the time considered Barry corruption at its worst. There was an exhibit in the Building Museum for years lamenting how terrible it was. I guess the secret is that you just have to be a woman and all of a sudden anything you do is “progressive”?
