This whole thing screams political correctness in the worst kind of way.  We literally have a specific population that won't get vaccinated at the same rates as everyone else and we can't even talk about it because it's black people.  In the South where it's all Trump supporting white people that refuse to believe the science, we aren't afraid to talk about that.  Here in the DC area though, we just can't talk about what's happening.  This isn't going to solve anything.[/quote]
Sure, Southern white people aren’t getting vaccinated. But, the south is full of many black people. 8 of the top 10 states with the highest percentage of black people are in the South. So, low vaccination rates in those states are just as much a result of black peoples’ vaccine hesitancy as they are of white peoples’.
