Big difference in naming trend based on region and social class just like everywhere else. Double barrel names have always been richly southern as a surnames as first names. I’ve seen Cayden, Brayden, Bailey and Kailey all over the USA in lower middle class or working class areas. It’s definitely not just southern. [/quote]
