MCSL will not dictate what your team can do outside of practice and meets. Want fun spirit events that are allowed at your pool and under current county guidance--offer to plan them.  Want to have a "normal" banquet, offer to help with that.  The reps and coaches are exhausted by the new demands being put on them.  I would love it if we had less restrictions, but it's time to start making some fun happen rather than spend the rest of the summer complaining.  At the meets. . .  want to have more adults on deck, figure out a way to split the sessions as someone suggested a above, offer to do the math and figure out what works best at your pool.[/quote]
