For the record, a defender was promoted at U11 and starts. Another defender was promoted at U12 and starts. A midfielder was promoted at U13 and starts. A forward/midfielder was promoted midyear and now starts on the U14 team. I am not sure what your point is. Can’t be that BSC fails to promote. Maybe you’re saying no or few promotions at or after U14, but that’s true at all ECNL clubs. [/quote]
