[/quote] Actually, your backyard is where those piles belong, not your neighbor's flower bed. Not sure when dog owners decided the dogs could have free rein to go wherever they wanted to. I'd like to be able to walk in bare feet in my own yard, but unfortunately, I live in a high density neighborhood full of pet owners who do not respect boundaries.[/quote]
