This response made me laugh. I know this is difficult to fathom, but there are people of all ages who are fulfilled by family and friends and don't derive their self worth from being "seen" by strangers. Maybe if you weren't so worried about how you are being seen by society, you might be a kinder and happier person. [/quote]

Did you not read the post? It said child was in imminent danger. That's not the same as a tantrum.

I guess the best response is to follow your advice and not insert yourself.

So let's all wait till the kid gets hurt and then inform authorities that they were not being properly watched. Let CPS figure it out.
