A colleague of mine suggested Chapel Hill as a nice college town. This will sound stupid but I need to get these stupid high school rankings out of my head because intellectually I know they don't measure what really matters to a child's happiness and development, but it's all I have to go on and so few places measure up to what DMV has there.
