Biking with friends is ok?  Basketball with 1-2 other friends is ok?  NO!  This is not ok!  Why do you think your kids are such special snowflakes that they don't need to follow stay at home orders?  There is no carveout for teens.  The lack of interaction is affecting everyone, not just your kids.  The threat is still there, but to the extent it has been mitigated at all it is because the people around you are doing their part.  Do yours.[/quote]

Not in Virginia.  groups under 10 are allowed.  They do NOT need to be related.  Read the order and step off.
