If something is said in the majority of other fora, the intended audience/people we are talking about are neurotypical and developmentally typical. So yes, there doesn't need to be caveat-caveat-caveat, exception-exception-exception. There is one Special Needs forum. Hopefully, people respect that and either don't post there, or are exercising good judgment and providing context when they do post there.
