Please fill us in on how you know this?  You've adopted several dozen rescue dogs and had their DNA tested and discovered they were all pit bulls?  It is almost impossible to ID the genetics of a mixed breed dog (and even some purebreeds) purely based on appearance.  But lots of rescue organizations would probably appreciate your skills as they can't afford to test their animals so I hope you will volunteer?[/quote]

Unless the group DNA tested and lied about the results, then they aren't lying. Many times a dog can look like one thing and not be that. Or be a mix of many things. Or the one trait is a minority of the dna percentage. My neighbor's 100+ pound dog looks like a pure GSD. He's got a lot of one type of "rat dog" in him that is not at all evident in his looks. There are lots of dogs out there like this. So, stuff it.[/quote]
