Me: Gemini Faves: Pisces, June Geminis, Leo, Aquarius, Libra, Aries, Virgo. Most challenging: Capricorns Their need to control everything in their own structure is soul sucking and they rarely respect my need for freedom and flexibility. However. Once we get past the initial clash, and mutual respect is achieved, those signs become some of my most impactful, meaningful, and cherished relationships. They’re really great people with a protective heart and committed to the end. They just view Geminis as flighty or undisciplined, can be insensitive, and want to capture all of our air in a little jar or dirt pocket that will feed a plant and fit into their master plan for perfection. Air isn’t seen, and you can’t toich it, but we promote the cycle of life too, you can feel our temperature of we are hot or cold, and you will damn sure know when we are gone.
I am Capri, BF - Gemini. I constantly felt a desire to kill him for the first 5 years of the relationship for his lack of discipline, bad time management, messiness, for using my tooth brush because his mind is somewhere else at the moment he reaches for a toothbrush, for sudden absences when we have a solid plan, for the last minute change of plans, and for soooo many more of his wonderful two-people-in-one-body things. And then I let him off the leash and he blossomed in to an excellent trouble solver, creative, caring, fun FRIEND - not just lover - with curious mind and firecracking (in a good way) personality who painted my dark view of the world with rainbow colors (well, carefully and partially excepted, indeed). Love him )))))
PP here. This warmed my heart. And your first sentence made me laugh aloud. This is the breakthrough I stick it out for when the going gets tough. Right now I’m working for a Capri and I suspect she wants to murder me at times :) and sometimes I feel the same :). The mutual appreciation for differences we have really does help both of us. Capricorns help me be more accountable to others, build discipline, and organize information in a way that isn’t so overwhelming to other people. But the leash thing is a real problem, but I realize it’s really tough for Caps to do. My dad is a Cap too. Thank you for sharing. I’m glad you two have the relationship you do - it sounds like he colors your world beautifully!! :) Happy holidays!
