You're misunderstanding.  The fact is that many/most women in DC just were not raised in a way that makes them feel like they HAVE to spend a ton of time on their appearance beyond doing the minimum.  The women who DO dress more fashionably are doing it because they enjoy fashion in and of itself.  That's all I'm saying, and I TRULY don't care that you wear Hermes or whatever.  [/quote]
