She was also recommended by every clerk she worked with at the Supreme Court liberal and conservative alike. Kennedy had at least 3 so if that is typical we are talking somewhere around 27 clerks.  I've forgotten where she did her undergraduate work but she also graduated tops in her class there. She is a brilliant women. [/quote]

That was before it came out she belongs to a cult - something she has hidden from people over the years. If nominated, former members of People of Praise will testify as to how her membership in that group disqualifies her from being a Supreme Court Justice.[/quote]

I think it is crazy that she belongs to this organization and understand why she tried to hide it.

Also - to the person arguing that ND is just as good as Yale and that admissions rates don’t tell the whole story. ND is second tier. Everyone knows it. Even the pool of applicants is much weaker at ND, let alone the acceptance rate. Doesn’t mean that ABC isn’t smart, but her legal education was at a second tier place. [/quote]
