Did anyone NOT get tix? What time did you start trying?
I suspect about half the folks in line at 10am didn't get tickets.
Yes - I got in line at 10:00 (had no idea the "waiting room" opened at 6:00 a.m.!) and got in at 8:15 p.m. There were only the $625.00 tix left so I didn't get them because I already have some from the National Theater subscription, but was trying to get more for a friend. They didn't want to spend that much.
I had the chance to buy tickets, but as with many folks, the $625 were the only ones left. I was 34k and got in around 8ish too. My sister was 21k and got in around 6ish; only the $625 remained for her too. I've seen the show in Chicago and will be seeing it in NYC soon, so definitely wasn't going to pay premium prices. I do like the woman who is Eliza in this particular tour, so I regret not being able to see her. A friend of a friend got into the waiting room somehow last night at 11pm and got in the 200s. I know they said the numbers assigned were random. What they should've done was make sure only KC members could get into the queue to begin with. And any unfortunate person who needed KC info other than Hamilton got routed into the queue as well.
