[/quote] As a parent of 2 teens who attend an independent school (yes, one of the "big 3) and who have many friends at a range of public and independent schools throughout the area, ITA that in all schools you get about the same proportion of kids who have sampled alcohol and/or drugs (usually pot these days) and about the same proportion who regulary engage, Former category, I'd guess about 75-80%; latter about 10%.
