Jerks have to work too.  And the writer did not use particularly invective language, he was just giving voice to a sentiment that a lot of people at the company have.  Instead of working to change the culture, they fired him, because that's a lot easier, and now all the smart misogynists will know to keep their mouths shut.[/quote]
