So, I've been doing the 1/2 dose since Friday 3/17. Started at 163.2 at 159.2 this morning. I have been much more careful about when I am eating, probably more than what I am eating. Little things like nothing even sweet tasting (even no-calorie drinks) unless with a meal, then it might be two sips of a soft drink or a bite of an apple fritter. No snacking, even healthy things like nuts. Cut out my 2-3 cups a day of coffee, much easier than I had expected. I always drink a lot of water. I'm taking both pills around 9am. The hunger and cravings for food do seem to be much more diminished. I do still get a little hungry, or maybe it is just cravings, in the evenings. Start thinking I should have some potato chips but after drinking some water decide that I don't really want them. No negative side effects, but I am only on 1/2 dose. Not sure if it has affected my sleeping since that was always a little sketchy. I am waking up about 45-60 minutes earlier but am not tired. maybe a little less regular bowel movements, but that could be attributed to eating less food. No acne, knock on wood. yes, Dr. Anchors is an odd duck, imagine Bernie Sanders going on about starch & skinny woman. He gave me 2 months of both pills, cost was $170. His sister, the receptionist, was very sweet and a big animal lover. she took my blood pressure and asked some basic health questions.
This is me, 157 as of this morning. There is mild constipation, not an issue for me since that isn't usually an issue for me. I could see where it might make other that are less regular uncomfortable. I do wake up between 3-4am every morning, but am not tired. Yesterday I opened up a chocolate candy bar for my husband and didn't even take a little piece.
