That would be a lovely little argument except you know full well the West and the U.S. has repeatedly violated the norms it pretends to support, and the norms which it claims it wants others to obey.  Iraq invaded for no reason, half a million people dead, the country in ruins. Libya destroyed, turned into a lawless enclave, and for what?  Supporting a senseless, criminal war in Yemen that starves people to death.  Building close alliances with repressive dictators in the Gulf.  Wake up.  The US is a terrible spokesperson for democracy. [/quote]
