While I respected and truly admired what Kristen would blog about that promoted adoption, fostering, and international adoption, the stuff she wrote about the school and our community bordered on fiction a lot of times. She wrote about how there were rumors of her and Mark being swingers (no, no one is gossiping about your sex life, and in fact, most folks don't gossip about their own sex lives), would complain about the school on the blog (which is a great school and every parent in our town enters the lottery and prays their kid gets in) and now she champions the school for its no-homework (or minimal homework) policy.  She would never really socialize with any other parents much, and it was a normal, laid back group overall. She is such an odd duck. But her takes on our school and area would drive me batty with their inaccuracies and outright lies.[/quote]
