That seems really harsh for kids.  This is not that though.  FCV coaches for next year are literally never around for regular practices and the ones that are are secretly happy the kids are moving to their new clubs. Culture at FCV is pretty strong so it seems likely kids play this Spring for each other even if they are not coming back next year.  I hope so.  2024-2025 coaches won't be around to know the difference either way.[/quote]
