Seems very unlikely because it was his car in front of the house that supposedly caused alarm in the au pair as she returned to the house, at least according to one version of the au pair’s story. It’s unclear if the au pair stayed elsewhere the night before, but in any case, she would have had to pick up the daughter from the house in the morning and would have seen the car then. I am sticking to my original theory that BB and au pair tried to frame JR for CB’s stabbing.[/quote]

Per a neighbor, BB, CB and AP were home the night before the murders, it was BB's birthday.

JR arrived the next morning, and was killed very soon thereafter.

It does seem likely that he was to be the fall guy/framed, and was lured and set up. [/quote]
