Has to be stressed and maybe starting to crack a little?

Does VA do mandatory jail if reckless e.g. 55 in 35?

Answers the question about where he is, at least where he was Tuesday.

That seems unlikely. It will be quite short.

lol.. i typically stay within 10% of the speed limit, but give me a break... 19 over the speed limit is casual speeding in most places. people blast around everywhere - you internet detectives really need to stop trying to find patterns in everything. kind of pathetic actually

19 mph over the speed limit when it’s 35 is not casual speeding! Going that fast in the town of herndon, where he was pulled over, is very dangerous. He’s lucky he didn’t kill anyone else.

As others have said, he is probably being tailed. And maybe he got frustrated and tried to lose the tail.

Which is also illegal.

Pp. Oh yes, agree. I think they’re turning the screws on him. 19 mph above speed limit is reckless.

No in VA. It is 20 above….

I don't think he will go to the hearing, would be hard to keep the relationship under wraps, for those who have not seen the photos. My guess is they both think there may be a chance it will be back to as it was and if she is held as a flight risk, could be demoralizing for both. Bit of a rollercoaster ride.

Or he was distracted, we have no idea.

Curious if he will go to the hearing tomorrow?

Do you think that was a coincidence? Guy is probably followed a lot. Hope he’s sweating.

Juliana may have her hopes up re: bonding out.

Wonder if she is telling anything truthful yet? Probably not long enough time to think. Isn't she a flight risk if she is bonded out?

Sticking with tales they discredited way back, day of the murders, seems like it would annoy detectives. Waiting game now.

Who’s gonna pay her bond??

There’s no bond. Perhaps that’s standard for a non us citizen since she has good reason to leave the country, but I’m sure they want to keep the pressure on.

There’s a bond hearing tomorrow morning

She has a bond hearing scheduled on the docket. Agree not likely they will let her out but she may not realize that. Kind of a little psy op turning of the screws. Now they have been apart for almost 2 weeks. Harder to keep up the folie a deux.

Of the ways he was rumored to make money, locksmith was not one of them.

Poor Joseph was a goof, not a stud muffin type at all. And Christine was completely wholesome. Those rumors are bs

People are looking for a reason for why he was at her home at 7:00am, but her au pair and child were not, and husband had apparently left for work a short time earlier (was he home when Joe arrived? Had Joe spent the night - maybe he was a friend who had too much to drink so he slept it off in the guest room).

Seems very unlikely because it was his car in front of the house that supposedly caused alarm in the au pair as she returned to the house, at least according to one version of the au pair’s story. It’s unclear if the au pair stayed elsewhere the night before, but in any case, she would have had to pick up the daughter from the house in the morning and would have seen the car then. I am sticking to my original theory that BB and au pair tried to frame JR for CB’s stabbing.

Per a neighbor, BB, CB and AP were home the night before the murders, it was BB's birthday.

JR arrived the next morning, and was killed very soon thereafter.

It does seem likely that he was to be the fall guy/framed, and was lured and set up.

Joe may have arrived a bit later that morning but he was not there overnight.

I think the little girl’s whereabouts that morning will be key. It would be so unusual for an Au pair to take a 5 year old with her to “run errands” at 630 in the morning. Is that what happened? Who told to Au pair to take the child? What was the errand? I hope LE is getting answers, because it feels like the minutiae that helps poke holes in BB and Juliana’s stories.
