Have you not been paying attention?!?!  Of course they are changing it.

As far as the not a good sign post...

It looks like NO TEST AT ALL will be given initially unlike in the past.  Being added to the pool with consist of in class performance and MAP performance.

After are in the pool and want to continue with the process there is a survey (currently there's also a survey) and an online assessment.   The online assessment is probably the same assessment they have been using.[/quote]
