We returned from a cub scout meeting last night a found a note written on construction paper on the porch floor. It has an illustration of a dog's face. It also has an illustration of a boy's face and a girl's face that seem to be with exaggerated lips (kissing). 
Then the messages says:
to: 3 kids names (1 boy's name which is my son and 2 girls names which are the neighbors)
from: a boy's name. 
The message is not nice: It says I am going to kill you, (my son's name). I won't kill the girls because girls are better than boys.

My son is in the 1st grade. He suspect this is a boy from the 2nd grade, who knows the girls or share the class with that boy.  The girls are our neighbors. My boy see these girls as his sister and he says it often too. There isn't a boy with that name on our street. He sees this boy sometime in the aftercare. 
What should I do? I don't know who this boy is and this name is common so I've heard his name before. There are other boys with this same name. Report to the principal? the aftercare folks? I haven't had a chance to talk to the neighborhood girls yet and it's likely they dropped it off. Maybe they think it's funny. It isn't to me.

What would you do? Thank you.
