In our case, it was the first time the leadership had negotiated such a contract (they had a previous provider for 10 years) and just got taken for a ride, unfortunately. As for subsidy, because our building is not renovated and not ADA compliant, we do not yet qualify for the subsidy and won't until those renovations are done, hopefully for next year. [/quote]
