As for the scarf rack hangy thing, how are you supposed to put the leggings in that? is the the flat horizontal lines kind or the honeycomb circles together kind? So folded in half vertically and then hang it at the hole half again at the knees? [/quote] Pier 1 and the Container Store usually have better basket options than Target.
