Not sure about that line of thinking. Several years ago, my dc got into PK4 as #30 on the waitlist and we were OOB with sibling preference. It was a last minute call but they had worked their way through the IB families before getting to us. Maybe inbounds demand has increased in the last few years.[/quote]
