First, you are equating liberalism or conservatism with the Party affiliation of the nominating president. Second, most Court decisions are not controversial and there is no correct liberal or conservative outcome. Third, I'm just too tired to believe anyone would make such an "argument." I fear for our Nation.[/quote]
