Oh yeah? Ruth Bader Ginsburg concurs with Clarence Thomas 66% of the time. Sotomayor, Kagan, and Breyer concur with him over 70% of the time.
So if the liberals of the court concur with Thomas on two out of three cases, and this is a liberal court, then liberal is the correct outcome.
Where to begin. First, you are equating liberalism or conservatism with the Party affiliation of the nominating president. Second, most Court decisions are not controversial and there is no correct liberal or conservative outcome. Third, I'm just too tired to believe anyone would make such an "argument." I fear for our Nation.
