[/quote] That's correct re SSIMS, it is a different peer group and different reading assignments, not sure if work load is different otherwise, it is mostly completed in class. Also older DC felt the distinction became less significant with each grade, either number of sections and/or percent of kids slacking increases. At least that was the perception among students. Second DC is in sixth and does say English is one of the better behaved classes.[/quote]
