Like DUI or reckless driving?? I had a pretty expensive accident, but was not at fault. USAA did everything possible for me and it never increased my premiums. They went after the other company. This is the way it should work. I don't have time to deal with other people's insurance companies. That's one reason I pay USAA. They also have shops all lined up and the repairs were as quick as could be expected. Paid for the rental car, etc. [/quote]
