I disagree - I have USAA and was hit by a truck yesterday. I was stopped and the truck backed out of a spot behind me and the rear of my car. I am not at fault and going through USAA is easy for me. I trust their approved shops and know that I am not going to get the run around. For me time is the most constrained element in my life and USAA and their approved locations will work on my time.

Another USAA client here.  Love, love, love USAA!  This is how they work.  They will pay and later deal with the other insurance company.  I have been with USAA for 38 years.  When you buy insurance from them, you are buying their incredible expertise and their ability to work FOR YOU.  If your insurance company does not do this, you are with the wrong company![/quote]
