However the first article is flawed based on data from 1990s. The second article is more credible. I think it is common sense that all students at a top school benefit, even the students not at the top. These days, the graduation rates at top schools is very high (one of the reasons they are top schools) of all students is high and comparable among all groups, including athletes, legacies, etc. [/quote]
