Others may have different experiences. [/quote] Agree. DC committed to a top 3 academic SLAC/D3 school March of junior year. Had to go through pre-reads, but nothing guaranteed until ED letter came. There is intense recruiting done by D3 schools, but no athletic or academic money. High school students are trading their athletic ability for admittance to schools that they may or may not get into on their own. [/quote]
