Thanks, these are helpful thoughts! I think I lean towards the modern/comfortable eclectic. Any recommendations based on that? Would a comfortable sofa in a "stone" color (very light gray, but not quite white because KIDS!) work? I do like color a lot (which I guess is obvious!) so I like the idea of pulling in corals or similar shades.  Thanks.[/quote]
