We just walked away, I said that I didn't think he would poop because he had just done it 5 minutes earlier. I wonder, in VA, what is the rule about dogs going on other people's front lawns. Also, if I collect, is it still an issue? And laws aside for a sec, was this a bit rude and uncalled for from this guy given that we collected it and that the pooping happened just one step away from the sidewalk? Thanks[/quote]
