You know, for some reason, that one statement stuck in my head and I started seeing my kids in a different light. I started to complement them more and see the positives more often.

It is funny how that little nudge made me warm up to my kids and appreciate them more. That feeling still endures. I now make it my business to complement the best that I see in people's kids, you never know. [/quote]
