It was very quick, painless, easy. The recovery wasn't painless, but it was okay, even just with tylenol. I had had the root canal earlier, and previous dental surgery for a periodontal cyst. The extractions were faster than the root canal, slightly more involved than the surgery for the periodontal cyst. Knock on wood, I've had the implant for 5 years and it has been entirely problem-free. [/quote]
