Why wouldn't you add electric elements to the porch? It's nice to have an overhead light and some outlets so you can plug things in. If it's a nicer neighborhood in Arlington, you'll want to go with custom finishes and it will cost you $40K. If you are looking for a basic, no frills, builder materials kind of porch, probably the $10-15K. [/quote]
