[/quote] no foundation like your front door is level with the ground or will there be a few steps? because if there are a few steps then there will be framing and footers that need to do in to support the structure. you also mentioned it wrapping around.. how big are you thinking? from decking prices we got, 40K for a wrap around front porch with a roof for $40k doesn't sound too crazy.
