One year, there was a blizzard and the road up to NY was closed and there were multiple traffic accidents on the roads in PA. Oh - I don't mean one year I mean a lot of years. No, I wouldn't head up north to NY or Canada. Last year, my brother was shoveling snow off of his roof right around then.[/quote]
