Appealing gives you two bites at the apple and withholding the WISC allows for that second bite. Simple game theory really; as much as I hate to say it and encourage gaming the system, I would hold back on the score and do a parent referral now (assuming kid is not inpool already) and then use WISC to appeal if need be. Sucks to have to play it this way, but hey it's your kids. [/quote]
