Several of us have said something to her as nicely as possible and her attitude is pretty much fuck you I have actually tried to track when she takes her dog out so we just walk ours at different times, but she sometimes just lets him hang out outside unsupervised with no electric fence. Someone even provided her a copy of leash laws and she doesn't care. I am not looking to start a war with this woman and none of us want to gang up on her. There is no home owner's association. Is there any way to resolve these things amicably? I have even driven to other neighborhoods for walks, but there is no way we could do this every day.[/quote]
