I don't take advantage of it because ... that's not how I want to parent. I just had a talk this past week with DD12 about porn, that ended in us giggling. She told me her best friend saw porn on BF's dad's iPad. So even with age restrictions on kids electronics, kids still see things.
+1. I am in fact fine with my kid seeing most things online (real people porn is something I'm against anyone seeing, in general, because of how likely it is to be exploitative in some way and how difficult it is to find, and ensure that you have really found, ethical such porn), and even if I weren't I don't believe blocking it and pretending it doesn't exist is the best way to keep my kid away from objectionable things. My general stance is, if anyone is uncomfortable then you should not be looking at it, if it's illegal you probably shouldn't be doing it, and if you have any questions or concerns or want help finding more/better information you can always come to me.
