Hate to say it, but that is life in public school. You never know how many in the class the next year or who will be coming in or leaving mid year. It is something I dislike, but free preK 3 is a great and rare benefit so if the classroom is good otherwise, should not matter in the end.[/quote] They say there is PreK cap but it seems a little flexible from past experience.[/quote]
